Car Kits
Why install a car kit for your mobile?
It is a specific offence to use a hand-held phone, or similar device, when driving. The penalty is a £30 fixed penalty or up to £1,000 on conviction in court (£2,500 for drivers of goods vehicles, buses or coaches). What's more, drivers still risk prosecution (for failure to have proper control) if they use hands-free phones when driving.
The only way to safely and legally communicate whilst on the road is by using hands-free car kit.
Which car kit?
There are a number of factors we have to consider before advising you of the type if car kit to install.
For instance, the make and model of your car, whether your stereo is standard or amplified, or if you have a satellite navigation system installed can affect the type of car kit we would recommend.
